Let the rot begin

Ever watch a tomato rot? All the way to a slimy stew? I have. You discover things about the tomato you never knew before. Like after the fungus phase, it starts to liquefy. I knew that it was mostly water, but not that much. Also the red color disappears. It just goes gray. The smell is horrific (I keep it sealed up).
